If you need to cancel for any reason, Pivot Discovery will issue a full refund if cancellation is made within 7 business days prior to the start of the first class.
Pivot Discovery will issue a 50% refund if cancellation is made within 3 business days prior to the start of the first class.
If you have already started the program and need to withdraw at any time, Pivot Discovery will not issue a refund, but we will work with you to secure you a seat in a future class to help you achieve program completion.
