YouMap®

• YouMap® is a holistic framework that uncovers a person’s strengths, values, motivating skills, and career interests. There are four pillars of career satisfaction.
  A common source of career dissatisfaction is misalignment between your work and your values – what’s most important to us. Most people cannot articulate their values, because they’ve never seriously reflected upon them. It’s a highly personalized process since your work must align to your values – not the values that others have and may suggest to you. The YouMap process guides coachees to identify and prioritize their values. When considering your values in decision making, you can be sure to keep your sense of integrity and what you know is right, and approach decisions with confidence and clarity. You’ll also know that what you’re doing is best for your current and future happiness and satisfaction!

Strengthsfinder

• The Strengthsfinder test is a 30 minute online assessment that measures your natural patterns of thinking. The test will find common themes based on your answers and sort themes into four categories:
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Executing
  • Influencing
  • Relationship Building
  The interesting part about this test is that is pinpoints innate strengths that each individual holds, and only 1 in every 33 million people has the same set of strengths! After you receive your test results, our certified career coach can help you interpret your results so you can capitalize on your talents. Resume Writing

• Exceptional resume writing is both an art and a science. An employer is quickly skimming a resume for key words and skills they would like to see an ideal candiate while an applicant is trying to showcase their best self in just a couple pages! • Let’s face it: a job-seeker needs an effective, polished LinkedIn presence to catch the attention of recruiters and present the right impression to employers. Navigating the site and presenting yourself advantageously is difficult without the guidance you need.

In fact, you are 71% more likely to score an interview by having a comprehensive linked in profile. Work with our branding specialists to help curate the perfect Linked In profile to showcase the best version of you and score the job you want!

Personal Branding 

• Do you struggle to communicate your value to potential and existing clients and customers? Is it difficult to differentiate yourself from others? The way you are perceived has a big influence in how successful you are! That’s why personal branding is a must.
